An explanation of the concept of entropy in a sentence:

The genius of life is turning rot into revival.

For every opportunity I encounter, I ask myself “On a scale of 0-10, how much do I feel this opportunity is a waste of my time?” (I factor pay into this too! 😁)

Then, if I feel a certain opportunity is worth it (because its waste-of-time rating is, say, 3/10 or lower), then I’d eagerly consider it.

Essentially, I’m asking how worth my time opportunities are… and I do so by first asking how much of a waste of time they are. (Opportunities that are a greater waste of my time will be less worth my time… and vice versa!)
